Out fanning with Big Frank and Trussell Sr, we came across a now extinct NS Roadrailer heading west through Romulus, hitting up the diamond with CSX's line between Plymouth MI and Toledo OH.

As fall colors slowly working their way in, GDLK's transfer job from CSX's Wyoming Yard is on their way back to Hughart Yard in Grand Rapids.

NS train running west down the Porter Branch splitting the signals headed towards Willow Springs.

Heading east on this elevated curve, we see this load enroute to Elkhart.

After waiting in a siding for a westbound, this eastbound gains speed quickly enroute to South Bend about an hour after sunrise.

Was out hunting trains, specifically this new GP38-3, but instead was also able to hunt this fella. He paused for a while, but moved when the locomotive got closer.

Cresting a hill, this westbound went through Athens and is enroute towards Winder.

Just before sunset, Captain CAPS and I see a westbound leaving Edgerton. Next stop was Barney's Bar and Grill in Evansport OH for some steak tips :)
