| Amtrak HHP-C #9750 leads Northeast Regional 196 on its second day of revenue service. After years of testing the "cab car" concept with these former HHP-8 locomotives and the recent months of crew qualification trains, the HHP-Cs are finally in service on Northeast Regionals between Washington, DC and New York Penn. |
