| A sunny April afternoon finds M805 (curfew symboled M605) coming through Opelika and passing cars occupying the two spur tracks next to the old freight house. Prior to the PSR crazy of 2017, these spur tracks used to have freight cars atop them regularly. Today they’re here due to MoW equipment placed at the West Point siding where these cars would typically find themselves when they are handed off from local L833 to L817. |
