Remarks & Notes
The daily Q619 manifest train is descending from the highest point on the former Western Railway of Alabama as it prepares to split the Piedmont signals. The train will then drop under the 2nd avenue overpass which has a noticeable dip in the tracks beneath it. This dip was likely the result of lowering tracks for double stack trains in the late 80s.
