Remarks & Notes
Diverging Diamond at Divide. Out to Oyster Bay Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) MP15AC no. 150 brings up the rear of the railroad's laser train as it curves off the Main Line and onto the Oyster Bay Branch. The train uses a pair of former M3 multiple units - in this case no.s E775 and E932 - which have been fitted with high-power lasers to burn leaf residue off the rails. Two work locomotives - MP15AC no.s 150 and 152 - bookend the M3s, allowing the train to change directions quickly as it roams the various branches of the network.
