Remarks & Notes
The Loram rail grinding equipment makes a short stay in Opelika this evening as they prepare for night time work. This LMIX 610 is the shorter grinder used to grind rails on special track work such as turnouts and at road crossings. This unit and the larger RG400 series unit behind it are planning to work north of here but must wait for southbound trains M527, M605 and a northbound before their night of grinding can begin.
