TECO Line streetcar 428 is stopped in front of the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART) headquarters in Ybor City while operators swap shifts. The complex trackwork here allows direct access to three of the five yard tracks at the headquarters, as well as providing a siding on the largely single-track line. |
