| With the timetable change on December 14, the new connection from Basel SBB via the freight station with the 360-meter-long Donnerbaum Bridge to Muttenz was officially put into operation. As a rule, one or two Interregio and six S-Bahn trains run hourly on this new route monday to friday, which crosses the three-track main line from Basel SBB to Muttenz. RABe 521 # 018 "Flirt" of the SBB is running the S1 service 17141 from Basel SBB via Rheinfelden-Stein-Säckingen to Frick over the new bridge. |
