| For Lollapalooza 2025 in Chicago, Metra ran a few extra trains to help the crowds get to and from downtown over the August 2nd weekend. One such train was this extra C&M train inbound to Chicago. A pair of MACs that were running as protection power on 2139 during the week was used. It's cool seeing this set of powerful moving passenger trains. The job deadheads west as they roar through Morton Grove with no idea of doing any stopping outbound. |
