| An empty coal train out of Fruitland off the CPKC at Ottumwa puts miles on the BNSF Ottumwa Sub. The train is just past Chillicothe as they approach Cargill Spur. The train was still setup for the loaded side 2x1x2, which is one of the few BNSF coal trains I know of that gets mid-train DP units. This is the arrangement so the train can get up CPKC Rutledge Hill at Ottumwa in 1 try. |
