CNW 6816 leads a westbound freight past Saint Francis tower in Milwaukee, WI. in March of 1987. The iconic semaphores that guarded the junction have just been replaced by searchlight signals and the tower would be demolished before the end of the year. The area north of the tower is completely overgrown with trees and brush today.
