Remarks & Notes
Heading back into Nucor Steel's Darlington Plant is Nucor 04, a remote controlled (in case it wasn't clear) Baldwin VO-1000 repowered with an EMD prime mover. This locomotive was built by BLW for the United States military in July 1943 as USAX 7140, which later became USNX 65-00531. (Darlington, South Carolina – October 19, 2008)
