| Public Service Transit.
San Francisco Municipal Railway (MUNI) PCC car 1070 is seen on Market St operating F Market & Wharves service. The car was built by the St. Louis Car Co. in 1946 as Twin City Rapid Transit Co. car 333. Only a few years later, this car (and others) was sold to Public Service Coordinated Transport for service in and around Newark, NJ, and fittingly this is the livery the car sports in San Francisco today! |
