| Batteries in Brooklyn.
New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) R255 battery hybrid locomotives HL005 and HL007 are seen shoving a train of R46 cars across 3rd Ave on the South Brooklyn Railway. The cars will be dropped off at the South Brooklyn Marine Terminal, where they would be picked up by NYNJ Rail the next day to continue their journey across the harbor for scrapping. |
