The Railroading Heritage of Midwest America recently held a night photo shoot event as a fundraiser for the continued restoration of UP 5511 and UP "Challenger" #3985. On hand for the photo shoot were Jeddo Coal Co. #85, a little 0-4-0 tank engine, and the RRHMA's own UP 6936 "Centennial" diesel locomotive and recently restored ATSF B40-8W #537. The locomotives looked great under the lights on this crisp April evening. In this scene viewed from the front of the engines (and with both sets of headlights dimmed again), UP 6936 and ATSF 537 pose side by side under full darkness, both looking splendid under the remote-controlled strobe lighting.
