| More than a decade back when Pune Chennai line was single line the train numbers were of 4 digits and these alcos were the true work horses catering to the non electrified sections across Indian Railways. Seen here is 6529 (now re-numberd as 11301) Mumbai Bengaluru Udyan Express chugging out of Ghorpuri Yard after a scheduled at Pune Junction behind Errnakulam WDM2 #16459. The rake stabling lines are visible to the left side. |
