The St. Paul bound 261 slowly treks towards Ottumwa in southern Iowa. I think CP has some cushion drawbar rule that restricts certain trains to 25mph. This guy would need a dogcatch crew at Moravia, and then did 25 mph into Ottumwa. The train was made up with all kind of flats, box cars, and auto racks on the headend of this 10,000 foot manifest train. Making for probably a fun run out of KC.
