| Virginia-bound: After the re-opening of the Port of Baltimore following the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse, most of the coal running through this area has been routed up towards the Curtis Bay and Penn Mary yards in Baltimore, MD. However, this C753 with the NYC heritage unit in 2nd position will head down the RF&P to unload at the Dominion Terminal in Newport News, VA. |
