| Locomotive Ae 412 # 002 of the Eisenbahndienstleister Gmbh (EDG) is running light as train 99417 from Basel Kleinhüningen Hafen via Bözberg-Regensdorf-Kloten-Winterthur to Wil SG, between Winterthur and Winterthur Grüze. The locomotive was built by LEW in 1967 as E 242 # 103 (works number # 11619) for the Deutsche Reichsbahn (DR) of the German Democratic Republic, was then 142 # 103 of the Deutsche Bahn. Ran for the Lokoop in Switzerland from 1996 as Ae 477 # 910 in red "Stoos" publicity paint scheme. 2003 sold to the WAB (Westfälische Almetalbahn GmbH) in Germany. Back in Switzerland since 2017, new designation 412 # 002. |
