Charged, Amtrak's westbound Capitol Limited #29 passes the Point of Rocks MARC Station with two Siemens ALC-42 Chargers in the lead. The station building, built by the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad in 1873, and designed by E. Francis Baldwin.
