Amtrak EMD F40PH No. 259 leads train 7, the westbound Empire Builder, as it departs Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on June 28, 1993. The westbound train is approaching the N. 25th Street overpass on Soo Line’s former Milwaukee Road main line.
