| Test run of the new doubledeck trains for Interregio services, RABe 512 # 007 and # 008 (IRD=Inter Regio Doppelstockzug) in multiple control, running as train 97732 from (Solothurn-) Olten via the NBS (highspeed line Rothrist-Mattstetten) -Ostermundigen-Thun-Spiez to Frutigen, between Wichtrach and Kiesen in the Aare valley. The SBB ordered 60 of this 6-car trains from StadlerRail. The first should enter timetabled services in the autumn of this year. |
