Hollis & Eastern has made its way from Oklahoma up to the cement plant southeast of Laramie WY for its next life. Built as Illinois Central 9170, it was rebuilt into a GP10, and numbered 8170, a number it kept through Chicago Central and then Hollis & Eastern.
