For some reason the crew of the LPCTAC needed to turn their power. While BNSF has a turntable, I'm not sure if it's still in service and the roundhouse crew is gone by this time, so their next option is call on the local guy. That would be Tacoma Rail. "Can we spin our power on the wye?". Why certainly! And so, across the river and over the bridge to Tacoma Rail's Bullfrog wye they go. That's UP's transfer yard at the bottom and this is a 4 image composite, taken over about 6 minutes by a virtually unmoving drone.
