While checking out the location of the Pacific Harbor Line's former enginehouse at their now-gone Pier A Yard, a pair of NRE 3GS21B locomotives, PHL 30 and 31, were found crossing Alameda Street where it becomes Harry Bridges Boulevard in LA’s Wilmington neighborhood. PHL's new yard and engine facility are just behind the locomotives in this shot. (Los Angeles, California – August 15, 2014)
