As Pacific Harbor Line train YPSW24-05 rolled down the Union Pacific's UP Reyes Spur, the crew had to stop and adjust, to put it mildly, a new addition to an awning added to a camper sitting by the side of the tracks. This isn't exactly what the engineer and conductor signed up for when they went to work for the railroad, but flexibility and improvisation are often required. Soon the engineer will climb aboard PHL MP20B-3 20 again, and creep forward while his conductor watches carefully to make sure they cleared a wide enough gap before proceeding with their two cars (COER 171589 and LRS 762) to be delivered to International Paper on this line.
