With a lack of capacity at Bailey Yard, multiple eastbound freights have been stacked up outside of town, with some as far west as Paxton, about 30 miles west of North Platte. Here at O'Fallon's Junction, an eastbound manifest waits for its spot in the yard to clear as the sun heads closer to the horizon on this clear late summer day in Western Nebraska.
