Norfolk Southern local A04 is coming out the siding at Control Point Hauber in Decatur, Alabama after the dispatcher changed plans of having another train meet the local here. The train will soon cross the Tennessee River and pass through downtown Decatur before reaching its home base at the yard in the city.
