| On a beautiful 4th of July morning Iowa Interstate threw a few oddball trains on the railroad. The railroad usually shuts down on holidays and only had 2 Council Bluffs Switchers scheduled to run but the day before I was alerted to a CRSI ethanol for the CSX on duty at 0201 on the 4th. This made for a nice chase along the Iowa City Sub in morning light. Here CRSI passes through downtown Moline Illinois passing the John Deere Pavillion and The Taxslayer Center in the background. |
