Loaded CSX coal train T403 makes an evening run down the Big Sandy Sub behind a pair of GE's, passing under the C&O signal bridge in Thelma, Kentucky just after sunset. This train is bound for Duke Energy's James E. Rogers Energy Complex in North Carolina.
