Before becoming a roadslug on CSX, the 2331 could've been found on these rails hundreds of times as a B&O GP40. The train is passing OB Tower, and ahead lies the Ohio Division on the route to St. Louis.
Of course, today the line only goes a little past Belpre, and this is a short local. History has changed even more since with the formation of the Belpre Industrial Parkersburg shortline, and CSX locals no longer ply these rails.
