Recently, CN has taken over the handling of Teck Coal's trains between Kamloops and the various ports in Vancouver. CN built a brand new yard in Kamloops to handle the new business (as well as previous business). Here we see CP ES44AC 8947 with CN train C73351 05 (it arrived as CP train 883-008 from Greenhills, BC) destined for Roberts Bank and CN ES44AC 3820 with train G84351 04 destined for Vancouver's Thornton Yard and eventually North Vancouver, both waiting for crews to take them west, and presumably space at their destinations.
