| A somewhat rare occurrence at Kenova; a decent over/under between the N&W and C&O mainlines. The difference here is, despite what you may think, both trains are Norfolk Southern's. The one up top is headed back to the mines deep in the heart of Appalachia, while the one below is headed to the Kanawha River Terminal railroad yard on the banks of the Ohio River in Ceredo. A close eye will notice the rear DPU's of the lower train appearing in the distance behind the couple of cars in the interchange tracks. |
