PAR 1 and PAR 2 lead Pan Am's Office Car Special at Otter River in Templeton, MA. The train is headed east on the District 3 Mainline. This was the last run of the OCS before it went silent once CSX made moves into taking over Pan Am. Thursday, November 19, 2020
