Remarks & Notes
Special freight move at MP 6. Locomotive #3 takes a special freight shipment south on the WW&F Railway, passing Humanson Brook at Milepost 6, en route to Wiscasset.

Posing as WW&F #3 for this January, 2021 Lerro Photography event, is Monson Locomotive #3, a genuine Maine 2-footer herself, albeit from another line far away. Monson #3 is owned by the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad Company & Museum and was visiting the WW&F Museum on this day. She is normally based in Portland, ME. On the flat car are the historic boiler from WW&F Locomotive #9 and a stationary steam engine, which the WW&F Museum eventually intends to use as part of an operating Shingle Mill, which will be located at Top of the Mountain. Bringing up the flags on this short train is WW&F Caboose 320. The 320 was built by the WW&F Museum volunteers back in 1998, to plans developed by the original railroad, some 80 years earlier. Alas, the original railroad never actually built this caboose, so the museum considers this piece an "original" of sorts.
