Night is falling on the Rigi mountain. On the right near the top of the mountain, you can see the light trace of train 170 (BDhe 2/4 # 12 with cab car Bt # 22) from Rigi Kulm towards Rigi Staffel station, brightly illuminated on the left, and then down to Arth Goldau. At the bottom right, the bright light comes from a snow groomer that prepares the winter hiking trails, sledding and ski slopes.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
