With a local freight train, the two Portland & Western locomotives are waiting for departure in Columbia City / OR. The leading SD 40-3 No.3051 is a locomotive that was formerly in Service with the Kansas City Southern. The second No.3004, a B30-7A, is a former Providence & Worcester machine.
