As a Southern Pacific West Colton to Taylor "Hauler" (led by SP GP38-2 4800) blocks a Los Angeles County Fire Department engine that is rushing to a call in Code 3 (lights and siren), but all the firefighters can do is wait as the crew of the train is unaware that they are impeding this crew’s progress.
