The Sands of Santa Barbara. On Saturday, July 25, 2020, Webb Rail LLC - WEBX's former Northern Pacific Railway Budd built Pullman dome/sleeper 313 (WEBX 801044) and former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman obs/diner/sleeper "Babbling Brook" (WEBX 800007) held the markers of the Amtrak Coast Starlight (Train 14), seen on the approach to the Amtrak station in Santa Barbara, California. The route of the railroad parallels US Route 101, a reminder of why it is named the "Coast Starlight".
