Just as night falls over the UP yard in Laramie, an eastbound freight lights up Big Boy 4014 and 844 on their way home from a successful run to Ogden. Tomorrow morning, the train will make the trek over the hill back to Cheyenne. One of my favorite parts of this photo is the brick smokestack in the background displaying Union Pacific down its side.
