| CSX 286 pinch hits on the eastbound Capital Limited which is running a couple hours behind schedule, presumably to mechanical issues with Amtrak 170 (directly behind the freight unit), as they pull in for the Cumberland station stop. As a side note, you can see the CSX track geometry car on the track at the left. |
