| NS 66Z and NS 67Z were abolished in May of 2020 on account of Norfolk Southern losing their contract of service to CSX. Here, NS 67Z is travelling west on the Norfolk Southern Lehigh Line after just coming off of the Port Reading Secondary. Its leader was rebuilt from CEFX 118 (SD90MAC) in February of 2019. By January 2022, the locomotive was retired by Norfolk
Southern and sold to Progress Rail. Behind the leader are a pair of SD70ACe locomotives: NS 1038 and NS 1085. |
