One of two incline cars makes it's way down Mount Washington as Q349 passes below. Quite an ingenious design, both cars are attached to a cable pulley. Both cars work as counterweights, as one car climbs, the other decends simultaneously.
Pittsburgh no longer has commuter trains and Johnstown no longer has trolleys, but light rail remains strong in Pittsburgh. Mr. Rogers would be pleased.
