It is just before 9am on June 19th as the Caldwell County Railroad's GP16s, both still in original Seaboard paint, meet each other at the railroad's yard in Hickory, NC. The Caldwell County line runs from Hickory, NC to Hudson, NC (Whitnel), and they run 1-2 times per week to serve the handful of customers on the line.
