Remarks & Notes

Built in 1947, NP 498 was reconfigured in 1955 as the Lewis & Clark Traveller's Rest series, with a 14 seat lunch counter and 30 seat club lounge and served on the North Coast Limited. Today, this preserved car is being leased out to the Albany & Eastern Railroad for excursion service.
