Always check the usual suspects. June 16, 2017, the Amtrak Yard in Chicago was filled with interesting units. Both P42s 156 (Phase I) and 145 (Phase III) sat in front of the locomotive shop amongst a sea of Phase V painted units, while SC-44 sits without any markings added yet. The Chicago skyline, the St. Charles Air Line, and the Continental Paper Grading Company all add to the setting.
