| The San Francisco Local waits for the first of two SFMTA light rail trains to pass at the Cargo Way Interlocking before getting a signal to proceed over 3rd Street and the double tracked diamond. Cargo Way is an automatic interlocking which is lined up by occupancy, and one of the few places where a heavy rail operation and a light rail or trolley cross each other at a diamond. |
