Norfolk Southern's one of a kind to date AC44C6CF rebuilt DC to AC locomotive sits outside the Juniata Shops in Altoona, Pennsylvania after being posed here for a company photo. Along with the 8520 are SD40E 6321, SD70ACe 1167, SD70 2567, and SD40-2 3211 all awaiting work in the shops of varying degree.
