Under the guidance of five standard cab EMD locomotives, CSX Q317 navigates the original B&O street running in downtown St. Marys on New Year's Day. The consist is led by three West Virginia-rebuilt EMD SD40-3s, followed by a rebuilt GP38-3 and a traditional GP40-2. The manifest is enroute to Russell, Ky., from Cumberland, Md.
