| An eastbound CSX autorack train glides under the walkway of The University of Akron Buckingham Building right in the heart of downtown Akron. This building was built in 1950 as Akron's 3rd Union Station, serving both the B&O and the Pennsy. Although it no longer serves the railroad, the busy CSX New Castle Sub still passes beneath its foot bridge, and the University preserves the building form deterioration. |
